  • Returns Policy

    • REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

      If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may refund or exchange  full priced items within 14 days. This includes full priced items purchased with a sign up discount code.  

      The item/s must be unworn and in the same condition you received it in, with tags attached. Please email us at info@charleyvella.com.au to advise your intention to return the item and we will issue you with a RETURNS NUMBER.

      In the case of a refund, the amount refunded will be the total paid for the item excluding shipping costs. Where an exchange is requested, we will pay the shipping costs for the first exchange.

      If the item you purchased is faulty please email us to advise of the issue at info@charleyvella.com.au within 14 days of receipt of the item. Where possible we will replace the item. We will cover the shipping costs for the returned item as well as sending out the replacement item. If it is not possible to replace the item, all costs will be refunded, including shipping costs.

      DOMESTIC ORDERS (Australia)
      Unless otherwise specified, Australian orders will be sent via Australia Post and standard delivery to major locations will take 2-3 business days, depending on your location. If you require your purchase sooner, you can nominate to use the Express service, which will reach most major locations within 1-2 business days (please note regional areas may take an extra day).
